Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact businesses and organisations across Uganda to introduce Dynamic Brain Hub's academic services and partnerships.
- Visit client locations in person when needed to present offerings, build rapport, and close sales in person.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and outreach to follow-up, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and pipeline progress.
- Meet and exceed agreed monthly sales targets to unlock performance-related bonuses.
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Fluent in Luganda — strongly preferred.
- Fluent in Samia — strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of additional Ugandan languages is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with both phone-based outreach and in-person field visits.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Kampala area.
- Good IT skills — comfortable with email, spreadsheets, CRMs, and general digital workflows.
- Access to a portable laptop you can carry to client meetings and work from.
- Able to travel around Kampala and surrounding areas for in-person client visits.
- Active WhatsApp or Telegram account for daily team communication.
